Shipping Policy

The shipping and delivery policy is part of our Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy (“Terms”) and should therefore read alongside our main terms and conditions and refund policy.

What are my shipping and delivery options?

Once you make your purchase, as all products are ‘digital products’ we will send you the product key and download link into your account and via the email address you provided at the point of purchase within 1-2 day Monday to Friday after you made payment. Handling time 2-3 day Monday to Friday. 

If for any reason you have not received your product key and link within 24 hours, please email [email protected] and we will offer an alternative delivery date or if we have it confirmed by our supplier that your order cannot be fulfilled, we will issue you with a full refund. What countries do you sell and ship your products to?

Our products are to be sold to customers in the United States of America (US) and the UK & Europe. All products are ‘digital products’ and after you make your purchase, we will provide you with the downloadable link and product key to your email address which you have provided. (Please note, we will not send product keys to a different email address other than the one that was provided at the point of purchase.)
